Founded in 1983, Kolde Construction started as a small housing concrete contractor, 25 years later with the same expertise and commitment to our customers we have grown to become one of Northeast Kansas' premier concrete contractors.  Kolde Construction has offered quality foundations for residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects, quality  that our customers deserve and have come to expect.  In 1995, in order to exceed our clients expectations, we added concrete placement.  Our fleet of 6 pump trucks with  the highest caliber of ACPA certified operators, handle concrete and dry material for our customers safely and efficiently.
